CZ-52 and SKS Paratrooper for sale

4 Attachment(s)
I've got to make room (raise money) for the Bohica 50 BMG I'm going to build. So I'm selling these two guns FTF in Colorado:

1. CZ-52 (1953) - original park'd finish, grips not even scratched, upgraded firing pin, slide rollers, and recoil spring - includes leather holster, two mags, cleaning rod - $250

2. K-sports Norinco Paratrooper SKS - Very rare all black (synthetic / park'd - notice the black bolt carrier) K-sports Norinco import w/16" barrel. This gun was built for K-sports in this configuration by Norinco. Matching numbers -- in fact it has a 6-digit Chinese serial numbers making one of the first every built when the plan opened in Jianshe in the fall of 1956. It has the heavy barrel lug. Gunsmith slugged it at .312 and told me the chrome is not worn and the rifling is sharp. Finish is in excellent condition. $450 (bipod not included)

For those interested CA parties this SKS IS 100% California legal. Totally good to go in CA as configured.

Also, if <SLV> ships it to your 01 FFL himself he does NOT need any letter or authorization number from CA DOJ for you to be able to buy it. That would ONLY be required if his local 01 dealer shipped to your 01 dealer. If he does it, you're all set.

Just an FYI, trying to help a brother out...

I'm obsessed with CZ-52s. I bought a spare slide assembly and 9mm barrel to make it a breeze to swap calibers.

Wearing one as I speak. Punches holes in kevlar and is a tack driver of a pistol. I hear they're pretty slim as full sized pistols go. Heavy. Very manageable recoil. Built like a tank, and a steal at the prices they go for. I couldn't make one on a CNC for that price. Slav loss: your gain.

Yep...I can attest to the CZ-52's accuracy and power.
If you were closer, I'd take it.

7.62x25... Industrial Strength for a pistol w/ about 1600 FPS muzzle velocity...and doesn't knock you down. Very quick to get back on target with, what I find to be, very mild recoil.

If someone wants it, I have a few walnut grips that really make it snazzy ($45/set my cost). Seller on Gunbroker sent me 3 extra to chose from and I need to return the ones I don't need... or find a few more 52's...which I'd rather do.
I already had 3 sets of walnut grips, but these I have now are the best...by far.

Have 4 of these (82's)and all are very nice Now they're all really pretty good lookin', too.

The CZ's I have are really the best pistols I've EVER fired (52s' and 82's) and they don't break the bank!

When buying, look out for arsenal marks (ie VOR, etc on right side of frame just above trigger ) Also, some (very few I've seen) have slide roller block nothches a bit reamed from firing too hot of ammo at some time between 1952 and now...I'm sure this one doesn't since it's SLV selling it.

Some I've seen sell on Gunbroker have staked or peened pins...Again, I don't see this on SLV's piece. Oh, BTW, not a good idea to dry fire...hard on firing pin.I bough several extra (stainless steel) pins which are readily available, though I've never broken one myself. Has a de-cocker but probably best to just let the hammer down manually.

Seems to me that these are getting scarce.
After all, these were the pistols that won the cold war!

SLV, why don't you make me a deal I can't refuse?
If not, I hope it finds a good home with someone here.

I've put $75 in functional upgrades into this pistol, so I'm selling it at a slight loss. The upgraded parts were purchased from www.makarov.com before they stopped retailing parts.

SLV,
So you want $700 for the pair? I'll pass that along to a buddy of mine. If he wants them, he can send me the money and I'll buy them from you and sell them to him.

I'll let you know.

Actually, FTF in Colorado I'd be willing to take $650 for the pair.

LOL... not rattled at all.

It is the nicest I've ever owned, and I've had many. That is why I invested in the upgrades. I never expected to sell this one because it is in such great condition. I hear the grips are hard to find, and these are in excellent condition.

Ok SLV I am too lazy to read the entire thread. Do you still have the cz-52? If so I'll take it off your hands.
